What’s new: Social is a new add-on that lets you manage all your restaurant’s social accounts in one place. Create, localize, publish, and analyze your posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. It comes with a unified inbox and calendar where you can manage all your posts and respond to individual messages from all of your accounts. An AI assistant also helps you create posts 90% faster.

Why it matters: When you’re busy staying on top of your operations, managing your social media accounts can take a lot of time that you don’t always have. With Social, you’ll be able to schedule posts that go out to all or some of your accounts without needing to log in to each. You also won’t have to spend hours crafting the perfect post with the built-in AI assistant to help you create it. By having an aggregated view of all your accounts in one calendar with one inbox, it will be easier to keep track of all your posts and customers’ inquiries and feedback.

Online Ordering and Kiosks: Default Modifiers

What’s new: You can now set default modifiers for Otter Kiosk and Online Ordering. These modifiers will be preselected whenever a customer orders the item associated with them. . Update your modifiers in the Menus app to enable the feature.
